Tungsten

Tungsten is the most widely used of the refractory metals. In wire form, it is essential for the production of lighting products such as wire filament, and other goods where its high temperature properties are of use. Among its properties are a melting point of 3410° C, a low coefficient of thermal expansion and low vapor pressure at elevated temperatures, along with good electrical and thermal conductivity.
Pure tungsten products are widely used for Furnace parts, Semiconductor Base Plates, Components for Electron Tubes, Emission Cathodes for Electron Beam Evaporation, Cathodes and Anodes for Ion Implantation, Tubes / Boats for Sintering of Capacitors, Targets for X-ray Diagnostics, Crucibles, Heating Elements, X-ray Radiation Shielding, Sputtering Targets and Electrodes.

Tungsten material

Tungsten crucible furnace is mainly used for Sapphire crystal growth furnace, rare earth smelting vessel, the quartz glass smelting furnace. According to your drawing, we can supply all kinds of high temperature crucible.

Tungsten parts
Most of our tungsten fabricated parts and molybdenum fabricated parts are used as ion implantation parts for semiconductor industry and as sputtering targets for the solar industry. We also produce parts for X-ray and electron tubes which be made of tungsten and molybdenum. Tungsten crucibles and molybdenum crucibles for quartz melting and high temperature vacuum furnace are also our main products.
